This website is operated by Great British Blinds limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Great British Blinds. By accessing and using the website you, the user accepts all terms, conditions, policies and notices on this page.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Great British Blinds website.

Our Products

Descriptions, Colours and Imagery

We take pride in our products and the imagery we use to display them, we try our best to describe all our products to the best of our knowledge at all times. The photographs used on our website are the best representation of the products colour and quality that we have to offer, however, due to different monitor settings, types and room lighting some of our images may appear to be slightly different to the exact colour of the product. We therefore advise that samples are ordered prior to making purchase of our products to ensure colours and quality are to your requirements. From time to time minimal variations in colour or pattern between samples sent and goods received can occur and does not give you the right to reject the products or to claim any compensation in relation to these variations. Most of the fabrics that we use are dyed in batches and can vary slightly in shade. Due to colour variations between fabric dying batches we cannot guarantee shade matching to previous orders placed with us. Any fabric samples despatched to you may also be ever so slightly a different in shade to the end product that is delivered to you.

We are proud to offer a large range of products that are made to measure based on the dimensions supplied by the user of our website. It is your responsibility to take and supply us with the correct measurements. Please have a look at our measuring guides before submitting any orders online. Any orders placed and received that are of incorrect size due to incorrect measurements are not eligible for a refund as the goods are made to measure based on the information supplied to us from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and Discontinued products

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice and at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Production and delivery times

Due to the nature of the products that we offer our production and delivery times may vary. We aim to give the most accurate information possible on our product pages but from time to time this may vary especially with the made to measure products that we offer. Nearly All our products are produced in the UK enabling us to offer great turnaround and delivery times. All despatch and delivery times displayed on our website are based on working days from payment receipt in to our bank account (usually 24 hours from order placement). During busy times of the year (bank holidays and Christmas and New Year) delivery times are likely to be increased. Our products will be delivered by courier to the address supplied by you to us at point of order. You will be notified via email once your product has been despatched to you.

Made in the UK

One of the things that make Great British Blinds so great is that all our blinds made in the UK, this enables us to provide great quality products to our customers. Some of the products that we offer do use materials and or components that are made outside of the UK but that are of the highest quality, We wouldn’t use anything less. These materials and or components are a small percentage of the overall product that is sold on our website. We aim to accurately display each products country of origin on our product pages. All items are made in the UK unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Great British Blinds offer a 3 year manufacturer guarantee on all products sold.

We reserve the right to either replace or repair any damaged products and it may be necessary for the goods to be returned to us for inspection prior to a replacement product being despatched or a repair being carried out. All user damages are not covered by this guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Refunds

We are very confident that the product and service we provide is of the highest standard. We are happy to accept returns on all non made to measure products. In order for a refund to take place you must return the items within 14 working days of delivery in an unused condition.

Please contact us via email ([email protected]) or telephone (01423 206456) to arrange your refund. We recommend that you return your items to us via courier to ensure they arrive safely. Once we have received and checked the returned items and are happy that they’re in resalable condition, we will refund you in full (excluding delivery charges)

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of returning the items to us and we aren’t liable for any goods lost in transit whilst they are being returned back to us, this is your responsibility.

Order Cancellations

For made to measure products we are happy to cancel any orders that haven’t gone into production. For any cancelled orders that are in production we will refund you the order value minus the costs incurred to point of order cancellation.

For non made to measure products we are happy to cancel and issue full refunds for any orders that haven’t yet been despatched.

Great British Blinds have the right to cancel any order if we are unable to obtain payment, We do not deliver in your area or if there is an error with the product page that you are purchasing an item from.

Promotional Codes

From time to time we may use promotional codes to offer discounts to our customers. It is your responsibility to enter these codes correctly prior to checkout, we are unable to reimburse or amend any orders relating to promotional codes and prices after an order has been placed.

Free Delivery and delivery charges

Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, orders under £100 will incur a delivery charge of £7.99
