Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

We are very confident that the product and service we provide is of the highest standard. We are happy to accept returns on all non made to measure products. In order for a refund to take place you must return the items within 14 working days of delivery in an unused condition in original packaging. Please be aware that we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs. Please contact us via email or telephone to arrange your refund. We recommend that you return your items to us via courier to ensure they arrive safely. When we have received your returned items and checked them, a refund will be authorised to you. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of returning the items to us and we aren’t liable for any goods lost in transit whilst they are being returned back to us, this is your responsibility. For Made to measure products we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of the product (being made to measure).

Returns Procedure

  • Please contact us via email, the contact us form or telephone first to inform us of your intention to return any items. Please have your order number ready. We will then advise the address to return your item(s) to.
  • Please make sure your order number is clearly on the package you are returning.
  • Please return in suitable packaging to avoid damages in transit.
  • Please send your item(s) back to us to the address we gave you at the time you contacted us to advise us of the return.

Damaged product

If unfortunately you receive an item from us that is damaged upon receipt then we will be more than happy to send out a replacement order to you. Unfortunately from time to time items do get damaged whilst  in transit to our customers, We can guarantee that the items didn’t leave our factory in that condition and it is our responsibility to deliver to you a great quality product. If you have received a damaged product please follow these steps in order for us to get you a priority replacement order sent out as soon as possible.

  • Please contact us to advise of the damaged products received along with your order number.
  • Please send photos of the item(s) received that are damaged
  • Upon receipt of your photos we will then confirm that the replacement order has been put in to production
